Affirmation Education Program: Bridging the Gap between Inclusion and Integration for Migrant Students

Migrant students face unique challenges and obstacles in their educational journey, particularly terms of social support overall well-being. This study aims to examine the relationship between well-being migrant participating Affirmation Education Program (ADik) Papua 3T Regions. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from sample 34 active through surveys in-depth interviews. The employed non-probability sampling, ensuring equal opportunity for 66 eligible students. analyzed using SPSS, instrument's reliability validity were established pretesting. results indicated that students' scores low area mental Regression tests revealed emotional support, network informational significantly influenced student well-being, while reward instrumental showed no effect. Additionally, religious groups diversity found play role determining welfare. These findings underscore importance interventions targeting networking, information enhance ADik program regions.
